W10 Deskside Support Technician

Working 100% onsite in Golden Valley MN

Description

• Experienced deskside support technician with 3 years minimum experience supporting Remote clients.

• Provide support on various laptop, desktop and tablet running Windows 10

• Need a person that is responsible for all of their time and actions working in a team environment.

• Detailed oriented person that can accurately update various databases as well as Service Now. Billing is dependent on accurate updates.

• Excellent customer skillsets required.

• Assist the build bench and asset team on site as needed or on a schedule.

• Physically on-site position at the client's office in downtown Minneapolis.

• Remote takeover experience with tools like Bomgar.
