5 Open Maintenance roles: Night shift 6pm-6am, 3-2-2 schedule Week 1-Tues/Wed-ON, Thurs/Fri-OFF, Sat/Sun/Mon-ON Week 2- Tues/Wed-OFF, Thur/Fri-ON-Sat/Sun/Mon-OFF

Mechanical Specialist (5+ year experience mechanic) $35.33/hr + .75$ Shift differential for 3rd shift Maintenance Technician (Entry Level 1+ years) $$32.56/hr + .75$ shift differential for 3rd

Direct Placement with Novelis, Union Company.

Lincolnshire, IL is there finishing plant. They take large rolls of aluminum that are made at their location in Davenport, Iowa and "finish" them. They have very large ovens that process the aluminum, then it gets transported to their slitting machines where they are cut down to size depending on customer specifications.

Will take entry level candidates from maintenance school or military

First week will be all in office training, might get out on the floor in their first week, but week 2 they will be on the floor.
