TSSCI Insider Threat Analyst

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a TSSCI Insider Threat Analyst to sit in Ft. Belvoir, VA in support of a large government contract. This division supports the efforts to develop enterprise-wide insider threat training for armed forces, leaders, and Insider Threat professionals. The ideal individual will have senior level experience writing policies and procedures for the DoD and experience studying and providing insider threat recommendations to high level individuals. Daily duties may include;

Support the development or rewrite of InTM Division CONOPS, SOPs, Strategic Communication Documents, Policies and Doctrine to support InT efforts

Analyze and provide written recommendations for the Government Lead in support of insider threat studies and research efforts for monitoring, tracking, and resolving potential threats created by the potential insider threats.

Gather, evaluate the quality of, and synthesize research article findings; Design research studies for approval; Utilize existing data and/or propose and utilize original data gathering; and utilize statistical analyses procedures to meet directed research ends.

Support the insider threat hub with technical analysis of a variety of data networks and information referred to the hub to identify indicators of insider threats.

Skills and Requirements

Active TSSCI

Bachelors Degree in a related field

4+ years of experience in Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, Personnel Security, etc

Experience performing analysis on user activity data, synthesize research findings, and interviews and providing recommendations to leadership Counter-Insider Threat Professional Fundamentals and Analysis (CCITP-F and CCITP-A) certification null
