    As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our entire customer base within the assigned sales area. Your primary duties will include providing market and competitor intelligence to the Sales Head on a monthly basis, ensuring active customer relationship data management with up-to-date lead and opportunity information, and employing a systematic approach to acquiring new customers in defined market segments.     Responsibilities

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with all customers within the assigned sales area, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.

    • Gather and analyze market trends and competitor activities on a monthly basis. Provide insightful reports to the Sales Head to facilitate strategic decision-making.

    • Implement and maintain a system for managing customer data, ensuring that all leads and opportunities are up-to-date and accurately recorded.

    • Develop and execute a systematic approach for acquiring new customers within defined market segments. Identify potential leads, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to secure new business.

    • Work diligently towards achieving the sales targets set by the company, utilizing effective sales strategies and techniques to drive revenue growth.

    Travel is required 3-4 days a week.
