Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid - Onsite 3x per week in San Fernando Valley)

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000

About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation and optimization of our Adobe suite, driving customer journey orchestration, and delivering personalized experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Adobe Suite Implementation: Implement and manage Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Launch to deliver personalized experiences and optimize customer journeys.

• Technical Product Management: Serve as a bridge between business and technology, providing solutions that align with business goals while ensuring technical feasibility.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and analytics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data and customer behavior to identify trends and drive strategic decisions for marketing campaigns and customer journeys.

• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Use your technical skills to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges, and provide hands-on support when necessary.

• 3rd Party Vendor Interaction: Collaborate with third-party vendors for additional support while maintaining a high level of technical expertise in-house.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Adobe Expertise: Advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Launch.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, data layers, event tracking, and analytics tools.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to dive into code and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

• Business and Technical Blend: Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Solutions Engineer, with a focus on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
