Technical Lead

Job Description

Summary

This position is responsible for leading technical implementation projects and client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions. The Technical Implementation Lead is deeply involved in the operational execution and maintains high standards across all facets of technical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engagement strategy and practices with external implementation partners.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to external clients and team members

• Actively participate in technical implementations, serving as a knowledgeable overseer and escalation point.

• Collaborate with various teams including Project Management, Sales, Development and Support

• Ensure accurate reporting of working hours, with a focus on maximizing billable hours and effective use of project management tools.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical implementation projects, preferably within the healthcare industry.

• A degree in computer science, data management, health informatics, or a similar field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with various teams, both local and remote.

• Strong technical acumen to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to mentor and guide a team of technical professionals.

• Experience in customer engagement in a professional services setting, navigating the challenges of both large and small clients.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

Technical Must Haves

• 1-2 years of leading a project or team

• Strong experience in java applications and developement

• Experience developing API's (gitlab / github)

• Expert level communication skills*

Previous experience with V2 to Fhir mapping and data modelling

Worked with different implementation guides

Plusses

Knowledge of CDA (Clinical Document Architecture)
