Job Description

Candidate must have a strong system and/or solutions architecture background.

1. Candidate who can illustrate the ability to identify, articulate and document the complex commonalities/interactions between systems and platforms. This cross functional expertise and critical thinking will contribute to the identification of interoperability between existing systems as well as for future use when network changes are proposed for implementation.

2. Candidate with experience with the integration of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). This should include experience with DOORS and Cameo which are the current MBSE tools deployed in the DAF.

3. Experience with the integration of MBSE processes and a clear understanding of its value to stakeholders within an organization.

o MBSE is great, but it is only a tool in the larger scheme of things at the Enterprise level; that said, I concur that having experience using our tool sets is valuable.

• The person should have a strong system and/or solutions architecture background, Which Will Enable them to understand the complex interactions and interconnections of various systems.

• The candidate's background in a cross-functional collaborative role is essential. The role's title, 'integration', implies the need to bring many parts or components together, while the second half suggests the importance of validating those parts and components. As we expand our Digital Thread and build a new DMM strategy, a candidate who understands complex interactions would be instrumental to our success.
