CACI is seeking a Systems Engineer in the Herndon, VA area.
What You'll Get to Do:
Capture and analyze user's requirements, concept of operations, and high-level systems architectures to develop system design and requirements specifications.
Guide users in formulating and decomposing requirements to user stories for developers, document those user stories and "requirements" in Jira and mapping to the IPA Enterprise JIRA.
Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements with design specifications and technology solutions into the overall ARFIM/OrcSrvcs family of services.
Provide system engineering program lifecycle support in the development, testing, deployment and operations and maintenance of operational baseline with the OrcSrvcs segments.
Develop and maintain life-cycle engineering support documentation.
Resolve incidents and problems as needed and coordinates resolution with developers and users using the OrcSrvcs Engineering Review Board
Reviews task proposal requirements, gathers information, analyzes data, prepares project synopses, compares alternatives, prepares specifications for new and changing requirements.
Adhere and support AGILE process-based development including engineering spikes to evaluate and provide solutions.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus five years' experience or Master's degree plus three years' experience.
Must have proven knowledge and experience in:
Geospatial information systems.
Facilitating all phases of applications sustainment, maintenance, testing and deployment activities, independent of supervisory guidance.
Active/current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Polygraph is required.
