    JOB SUMMARY

    ONEOK is looking for a Systems Analyst to join the OT Infrastructure Services - Systems team with the focus on supporting key infrastructure hardware and software in a regulated environment.

    This role provides the opportunity to work with a wide range of infrastructure technologies, both software, hardware and application support.

    This Systems Analyst will play a key role in deploying and supporting solutions that improve ONEOK's OT infrastructure as well as addresses changing needs within the business.

    The skills that are required to have success in this role include strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as a willingness to deeply learn the technical and operational technologies used by ONEOK.

    Work You'll Do / Responsibilities:

    • Support the success of operational units, Information Security, and of course, the OT infrastructure groups

    • Analyze and update infrastructure to minimize disruption and support best practices

    • Generate documentation both for regulatory compliance, and for team history and reference

    • Act as a peer escalation point for troubleshooting issues within OT infrastructure

    Qualifications Required

    • 5+ years in or around IT systems infrastructure

    • Ability to work well on cross-functional teams and reliably complete assigned action items

    • Ability to effectively communicate/coordinate w/ key stakeholders when implementing changes

    • Ability to effectively communicate with leadership on ongoing projects and advise on strategic decisions

    • Experience supporting critical applications/SCADA is a plus

    • Experience w/ datacenter architectures including Fibre Channel, Storage, Compute, VMWare is a plus

    • Understanding of basic scripting technologies (Python, PowerShell, PowerCLI) is a plus

    Location and Travel

    • Hybrid work options available. Candidate living or willing to live in Tulsa highly preferred

    • Minimal travel involved to secondary datacenter and/or remote sites

    This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.

    Job Profile Summary

    Perform problem management and configuration management related to IT infrastructure and support.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Manage problems which escalate beyond the status of incident. Coordinate the appropriate personnel to troubleshoot and resolve the problem

    • Perform root cause analysis on resolved problems. Design and develop appropriate monitoring or other proactive measures to prevent future occurrences

    • Mentor Tier II staff during problem resolution and root case analysis to increase efficiency and knowledge of Tier II personnel

    • Analyze and document the architecture and configuration of application infrastructure

    • Provide configuration and engineering for new technologies

    • Lead the support and configuration activities for technologies where you have been designated a subject matter expert

    • Complete tasks assigned in order to accomplish approved application and/or infrastructure change controls

    • Collaborate with other IT personnel on technology and support issues

    • Consult with applications and infrastructure personnel on new initiatives and the impacts they will have on infrastructure

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in computer sciences or an equivalent combination of formal education and job-related experience

    Work Experience

    • Experience in the support and function of:

    • Infrastructure hardware configuration

    • IP networking

    • Windows Server and/or Unix operating systems

    • Shared storage technologies

    • Virtualization technologies

    • Event monitoring, logging and data collection techniques

    • Training and experience relative to:

    • Operating systems software

    • Computer hardware

    • Networking

    • Communications

    • Security administration

    • Data base administration

    • Experienced interacting with external customers and vendors relationships

    • Knowledge of: current data networking and/or server technologies

    Expected Salary Range

    $92,000.00 - $138,000.00
