    Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Supervisor/Dispatcher. This individual wil ensure coverage for all Shuttle Bus Driver shifts at Ft. Bliss, TX, and take shifts as needed to provide quality transportation services to employees at the Fort. This position is full-time (~ 40-hours per week), and the Supervisor/Dispatcher will have supervisory responsibilities for four Shuttle Bus Drivers covering two shifts from 0445 to 1930 Monday through Friday. There will be a driver for each of the two buses that operate on each shift.

    Responsibilities

    • Daily supervision of the driving staff to include proper daily attire

    • Responsible for onsite handling of customer scheduling issues and complaint resolution

    • Responsible for all transportation requirements for the Missile Defense Agency Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) students at Ft. Bliss, TX.

    • Responsible for maintaining the Ft. Bliss motor pool daily/weekly/monthly calendar

    • Responsible for five vehicles (Two buses, two vans, one pick-up truck) at Ft. Bliss, including vehicle maintenance, logs, vendors, safety issues, insurance, etc.

    • Responsible for the daily/weekly/monthly status report to include the management of all drivers' leave time and sick time off

    • Ensure all drivers complete the GSA yearly driver's training course and MDA-required training and counseling. Ensure valid and current CDLS for all drivers.

    • Responsible for the Key control and accountability of all assigned vehicles.

    • Responsible for proper use and accountability of the Government Credit card, including review of fuel purchases

    • Responsible for Vehicle Access Clearance to any Federal agencies in the Ft. Bliss area.

    • Attends required meetings/briefings related to transportation of KSA students on Ft. Bliss.

    • Responsible for submitting important reports to key personnel in Huntsville, AL, as well to Venturi and FTI, a subcontractor to Venturi on MDDSO

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent required

    • 10+ years of relevant experience

    • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (commercial bus) with passenger endorsement

    • Public trust and NACI required

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Ability to professionally greet passengers.

    • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to conscientiously follow written and verbal instructions.

    • Ability to maintain a driver's license.

    • Physically fit with full use of arms, legs, and back.

    • Ability to obtain and maintain required training and certifications.

    • Ability to use computers to search for and generate information using Microsoft Office.

    • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
