    About the Position

    The Supervisor, Benefits Technology position reports to the Director, US Benefits. This position will play a vital role in collaborating with the benefits team as well as other COEs within the benefits technology space. Supervisor, Benefits Technology will be developing detailed documentation of the various benefits processes in conjunction with other leadership.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and oversight of employee life cycle and multi-media communication projects.

    • Lead open enrollment enhancements/implementations in conjunction with leadership.

    • Review current processes and recommend process improvements.

    • Interpret and explain technical employee benefits policies and procedures.

    • Define standards and manage documentation for all new and existing processes.

    • Research and apply changes to ensure content and processes remain functional and up to date.

    • Serves as a point of contact with HRIS teams during implementation and ongoing maintenance.

    • Analyzes and resolves problem situations and recommends appropriate action.

    • Identify resources and develop strategies for using new and existing technology to improve benefits processes to meet changing and expanding needs.

    • Performs all other duties as assigned or required within the department.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

    • Proven experience in a supervisory role for at least 1 year.

    • Preferred experience with an employer with more than 3,000 employees.

    • At least 3 years of experience with benefits administration

    • Proficient in MS Office, and HRMS system, Workday preferably

    • Ability to analyze information and convert related activities into a comprehensive work plan.

    • Ability to communicate and make recommendations to leadership.

    • Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

    • Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.

    • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information.

    • Demonstrated problem solving, time management and priority setting skills.
