    What You'll Get to Do:

    As a CACI Strategic and Operational Planner, you will provide strategic planning support and subject matter advice at the strategic level to senior Government and military commanders in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) mission and campaign approaches to counter weapons of mass destruction (WMD).

    More About the Role:

    You will

    • Work as part of a team that has both functional and geographic focuses.

    • Produce white papers, design operational and organizational change, integrate data from across DTRA and assess the impact/effectiveness of DTRA's full-spectrum operations, activities and investments.

    • Support internal and external Working Groups and Organizational Process Teams.

    • Coordinate and collaborate with Directorate and Department representatives across DTRA to assist the government in establishing an internal network of technical experts.

    • Utilize a technical system that sorts, prioritizes, bins and collates data for senior leader consumption and utilization at latest time of value.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

    • At least five (5) years of experience on a high-level DoD staff such as a Combatant Command, the Joint Staff, a Service Staff or a Defense or Combat Support Agency working on strategies, plans, organizational change and/or B2C2WG processes.

    • A working knowledge of weapons of mass destruction and efforts to counter their use, manufacture or proliferation.

    • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

    • Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline.

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

    • More than ten (10) years of experience working on strategies, plans, organizational change and/or B2C2WG processes.

    • More than 10 years commissioned military service.

    • Master's degree in in an applicable discipline

    • Prior employment experience at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency or one of its original charter organizations.

    $94,400 - $198,300
