Description

Staff Research Associate II will work in the lipidomics core and will be responsible for sample preparation and mass spectrometry tuning/running.

Salary: $28.04 - $45.11 hourlyQualifications

Required

• Experience in general molecular biology methods (e.g. buffer preparation, Lipid/liquid extrations, pipetting

• Comfortable working with organic solvents and using required PPE

• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to consistently carry out complex procedures

• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff members, peers, supervisors and other groups

• Skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner when there are: changes in work scope, workload, changes in personnel, assignment, pressures of deadlines, competing requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Science

• Strong communication skills
