    The role you'll contribute:

    The Sr. Specialist of Social Media and Content Employee Advocacy and Thought Leadership will plan and execute daily operations of AdventHealth digital content strategies from strategy, curation, and production to execution for our t hought leadership platform, national influence and employee advocacy strategies. The core responsibility is to aid in the successful execution of a digital editorial calendar by providing structure and process to make our content more efficient while delivering digital engagement. They also serve as a liaison between digital marketing, corporate communications and local market teams.

    The strategist will help ensure that policies and procedures are in place and is responsible for developing best practices for social executions, monitoring analytics, storytelling, copywriting and driving results. Creates topical recommendations, article outlines, and optimized content to capitalize on opportunities identified by performing keyword research, competitor analysis, trending news and other types of content analysis.

    • Support content creation goals, strategy, and tactics, for the development of our employee advocacy and thought leadership strategies and associated editorial calendars to propel social engagement.

    • Collaborate with executive team members on creating personal thought leadership platforms and helping them execute a social strategy.

    • Provide social and content strategy recommendations to senior and executive leaders based on information through regular content analysis, audits, competitive assessments, and analytics.

    • Lead educational efforts for team member's LinkedIn platform best practices, persona building, and messaging.

    • Provide orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure content is successfully delivered.

    • Display high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, executing large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.

    • Responsible for tracking and reporting metrics on social media engagement.

    • Stays updated on social media trends and educates marketing, communications, and other team members on trends and best practices to continually elevate social media engagement.

    • Attends and participates in departmental meetings and may represent the department on cross-functional teams and/or leadership meetings.

    • Plan, write, and edit social media posts for multiple leaders and executives.

    • Work with cross-functional teams to build out the editorial calendar.

    • Monitor and generate content analytics reporting. Provide ongoing proactive learning and optimization opportunities for team members by actively using analytical tools.

    • Communicate updates on ongoing projects and outstanding questions/requests while raising concerns on projects that could impact the digital team or priorities. Identify issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and offer recommendations for creative solutions or workarounds based on knowledge of priorities, development roadmap, and contributing factors.

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Proven experience with employee advocacy programs and LinkedIn thought leadership; MUST BE HIGHLY SKILLED WITH LinkedIn CAPABILITIES and EXHIBIT AN ACTIVE LinkedIn ACCOUNT

    • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Proven ability in collaboration, problem-solving, using data to derive solutions, communications, and presentations, and operating successfully despite uncertainty or ambiguity.

    • Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced and complex environment, execute large projects, and work under multiple and competing deadlines.

    • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with leaders and team members, ESPECIALLY WITH THE EXECUTIVE LEVEL.

    • Ability to manage and set expectations throughout content lifecycles to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.

    • Proven ability in producing successful content and performance.

    • Partner with senior leadership and employee advocates to develop and implement strategies for establishing thought leadership on LinkedIn.

    • Educate and guide senior executives on crafting their unique voice and brand identity on LinkedIn.

    • Provide personalized coaching and training sessions to senior leaders on leveraging LinkedIn effectively for thought leadership purposes.

    • Develop customized LinkedIn profile best practices for leads and team members, focusing on authentic representation and professional branding.

    • Conduct workshops and seminars to teach best practices for content curation, engagement, and networking on LinkedIn.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align thought leadership efforts with organizational goals and messaging.

    • Monitor LinkedIn trends and platform updates to adapt strategies and recommendations accordingly.

    • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize thought leadership initiatives on LinkedIn.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in social media and thought leadership.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field and 4 years of experience.

    • 2 years' experience in social media and content strategy experience preferred

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

    • Experience working in health care or corporate setting preferred

    • Working knowledge of Sprout Social and Sprout Employee Advocacy.
