Sr HRIS Analyst

Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst in the automotive industry, based in Seffner, Florida. This role involves data analysis, system administration, and visualizations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our HRIS data. The successful candidate will bring a combination of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and business acumen to our team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proficient UKG Pro administrator, managing and maintaining our HRIS for data accuracy and integrity.

• Utilize data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, or Power BI to analyze HRIS data.

• Provide technical support and training to other team members on the use of our HRIS.

• Perform regular data audits and testing to ensure the security of our HRIS and our people data.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for the implementation of new HRIS modules to enhance performance, compensation, and talent acquisition functionality.

• Generate reports and metrics from the HRIS to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Use agile scrum methodologies to manage projects and deliver results.

• Collaborate with the team to identify and fill gaps in business process functions.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira, Informatica, and Cognos BI - Business Intelligence tools as needed.

• Contribute to the design and improvement of business requirement documents and processes.

• Work with EO/IR systems and perform AB Testing as part of the role. Requirements - Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking.

• Strong database management skills, including design, implementation, and maintenance.

• Knowledge and experience with EO/IR systems in the automotive industry.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive Gap Analysis to identify areas for improvement.

• Mastery of Informatica for data integration services.

• Proven experience in AB Testing for optimizing user experience and system performance.

• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.

• Familiarity with Business Process Functions within the automotive industry.

• Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents to align technical development with business needs.

• Proficiency in design principles, particularly within the automotive sector.

• Knowledge of UKG Pro for managing HR and workforce management processes.

• Experience with Cognos and Cognos BI - Business Intelligence for effective data management and analytics. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
