Seeking a seasoned financial analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Finance (preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of experience. Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Office Suite, SharePoint, and ideally, experience with PeopleSoft Financials, IBM TM1, and Tableau as an end user. Candidates with a background in Insurance and Healthcare are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct both scheduled and ad hoc financial analysis independently and collaboratively to support decision-making for National Health Plan initiatives.

• Serve as a client-facing liaison, maintaining regular communication with leadership and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Comfortably present information as needed, with a focus on planned and spontaneous occasions.

• Demonstrate sound judgment in expense and risk estimation, utilizing existing resources effectively.

• Adapt readily to changing business and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and agility.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to critical decision-making processes within a dynamic environment, requiring both analytical acumen and interpersonal skills.

• This role will perform cadenced as well as ad hoc financial analysis, independently and in partnership with others, to support decision making for client's National Health Plan initiatives.

• This is a client facing role that requires regular communication with leadership and other roles at all levels of the organization.

• The candidate needs to be comfortable presenting information on a planned and ad hoc basis.

• The candidate needs to have sound judgment to perform reasonable estimations of expenses and risks, and to be resourceful to leverage existing information available whenever possible.

• The ideal candidate would be at ease navigating change and abilities to switch gears readily, depending on evolving needs of the business and customers.
