  • Description

    • Partner with hiring managers to build effective recruiting strategies with the ability to manage customer/partner expectations.

    • Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on market data and position requirements, serving as a trusted talent partner.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Human Resources Information Systems, Talent Management, Compensation and Total Rewards.

    • Post job openings on our applicant tracking system as well as all other media resources including on-line employment job boards, social media, etc.

    • Screen and source both active and passive candidates in person, phone and/or virtually to include behavioral based interviews from entry level to high level positions.

    • Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates, including coordinating travel for out of state candidates.

    • Work with the compensation team in developing salary job offers. Once confirmed, extend and negotiate salary job offers to selected candidates.

    • Participate in the training and mentoring of new talent acquisition team members and support the continued development of Talent Acquisition Specialists including sourcing and recruitment tactics.

    • Administer check and new hire paperwork process such as employment verification/education verification, reference checks and pre-employment drug tests.

    Skills

    • Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting in a medium to large organization, successfully executing manager level and above searches. Experience must include using an applicant tracking system such as PeopleSoft and conducting behavioral based interviews. Experience working in both external recruiting agency and corporate human resources department preferred.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.

    • Demonstrated knowledge in using an applicant tracking system such as PeopleSoft.

    • Good knowledge across Human Resources disciplines and applicable Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to employment, recruitment and Human Resource management.

    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to provide professional and timely customer service to Human Resources' internal and external customers.

    • Strong and efficient workload management skills to include planning, organizing, prioritizing, and following through on a variety of tasks.

    • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to maintain a professional composure while working under stress and pressure.

    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of data. 'Ability to work in a professional manner within a team environment.
