Software Architect (Angular / Java / Springboot / AWS)

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a pair of Software Architects for a direct hire opportunity with one of the most innovative gaming companies in the nation. These Architects will be responsible for joining a large team to design and develop custom software solutions that support business operations and B2B partners. This individual is required to participate on a scrum team to deliver on mutually supported goals and coordinate efforts with the team and additional stakeholders. The Software Architects will be responsible for providing architectural input for both immediate enhancements and extensive strategy. Designing and integrating secure authentication, authorization, and data encryption solutions. Partnering across development teams to translate architectural decisions into technical deliverables and implementing strategy accordingly. Ideally, we are looking for an organized, self-driven problem solver to join the organization to support both day-to-day operations and specialty development projects. This is a full-time permanent role with an employee-focused, innovative company based out of the Louisville, KY area.

Skills and Requirements

* 3+ years of experience working as a Software Architect with prior background as a Software Engineer (4+years)

o Specifically: Designing and integrating secure authentication, authorization, and data encryption solutions

* Professional experience coding Java on the backend within the Spring or Springboot framework

* Experience working professionally with React or Preact on the front end

* 5+ years of web automation experience, including web service automation

* Experience developing consumer-facing applications - Experience working with Python and Golang

- AWS Certification(s) (Solution Architect / DevOps Certifications Preferred)

- Experience with Serverless technologies

- Experience working professionally within an Agile scrum team

- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts (CI /CD)

- Experience in the gaming, racing, or gambling industry
