  • Delinquency Control Coordinator

    Pensacola, FL (Hybrid Schedule after Training)

    Monday - Saturday Availability (40 hr work week)

    $17/hr

    Expected Start Date: 6/24/2024

    6 month contract to hire

    Description

    To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government and the Credit Union rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.

    Skills

    Call center orientated fast pace with aggressive goals

    Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook

    Ability to navigate multiple systems

    Competent and well spoken people

    A lot of critical thinking

    Administrative

    Communication skills, navigating multiple systems, ability to level with members.

    Provide empathy to members, problem solve, overcome objectives

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls. Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day
