Job Description

This role supports the IT Service Management (ITSM) team's Discovery crew to support ITSM transformation initiatives by enhancing record management through ServiceNow platform integrations and automation standards.

Responsibilities include

• Defines design patterns for enterprise configuration management database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.

• Develops and monitors asset management functions in ServiceNow for hardware and software.

• Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards

• Identifies and establishes best practices for ITSM Asset Management

Designs solution roadmaps, according to business strategies and processes in solution architecture, through client requirement analysis, cross-team collaboration, and problem resolution.

Designs solution roadmaps, and system and software architecture according to business strategies and solution architecture standards/processes.

Analyzes client requirements and determines appropriate solutions to these requirements based on business needs.

Resolves routine to moderately complex problems and issues in solution architecture; assesses any potential risks and determines solutions to these risks.

Works with other solution architecture staff, technology experts and business stakeholders to provide functional support to clients on solution architecture updates.

This will be a team of 10, and will also work in parallel with the ServiceNow pro-serv team.

The tool has been over customized - PNC needs thought leadership on what should be done / challenge ideas to create efficiencies for end users.

Our client went through the URSIT examination and some of the results are tied back into the SNOW team. Our client is creating a team of Architects, Developers, Product Owner, testers, and data analyst to start addressing the findings and creating a plan for the tool.
