Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our team in the Washington, D.C. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The Test & Evaluation Engineer provides T&E engineering expertise on a wide range of activities and missions supporting fixed, mobile, and portable systems for border security to include test planning, test execution, data management and test reporting for hardware systems, hardware/software interfaces, and software systems.

• Perform test and evaluation (T&E) engineering analysis as a part of a multi-disciplinary team providing technical advisory and lead system integrator technical oversight to the government T&E division lead.

• Develop sound test data collection approaches to ensure that data collected during test can be analyzed and provide objective evidence of system performance.

• Apply knowledge of non-parametric statistics to test design and results analysis.

• Advise programs on identification of test requirements across a broad project portfolio and the definition of test resource requirements including staff, facilities, and equipment.

• Review contracted system developer test plans and documentation for completeness/accuracy and provide direct onsite support to system development contractor's environmental, integration, and acceptance test events as required.

• Support the requirements development, traceability, and verification process and provide T&E technical advisory support to multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Teams/Working Groups. Develop T&E-related inputs into high visibility and/or executive-level reports and briefings, program reviews, and requisite status reports.

• As required, they develop and review Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices, Requirements Verification Plans, and Acceptance Test Plans.

• Support system level test objectives development and assess/verify test performance as required.

• Develop sound test data collection approaches to ensure that data collected during test can be analyzed and provide objective evidence of system performance as required.

• Participate in Technical Interchange Meetings to review development schedules and ensure alignment/integration with planned systems engineering and test activities.

• Support design reviews to assess performance and work products and to ensure programs meet specified milestone entrance/exit criteria and government-established top-level requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• MA/MS

• 5 years of technical experience in T&E.

• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end System Development Life Cycle.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Sciences, or in a related management discipline or highly analytical field of study.

• Experience with Excel including Macros, Pivot tables, lookup formulas. Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR.

Clearance Requirements:

• Level II or Level III DHS or DoD Test & Evaluation or Systems Engineering Certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
