Senior Litigation Attorney

Description

A prominent probate law firm is seeking a new senior associate to add to their dynamic team. This firm guarantees their attorneys a proven path to promotion and partnership. My team has placed 5 attorneys with this firm in the past 5 years, and they all still happily work here! One of those attorneys recently made partner and others have been promoted to more senior associate roles.

The ideal attorney will have

• 3+ years of trust and probate litigation experience

• Experience litigating a contested probate case from inception through resolution:

• Discovery

• Drafting pleadings and motions

• Depositions

• Court appearances

• Mediations

• Trial prep

In addition to their collaborative and engaging team culture, the firm

• The flexibility to permanently work hybrid or 100% remotely from anywhere in SoCal (this attorney must be able to attend future in-person court hearings or depositions)
