    Job Su mmary

    Responsible for administration and support of the Banc's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) supporting HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training, and the long-term success of department operations and the Company. Responsible for HRIS Administration, data integrity/quality for all employee transactions (hires, transfers, separations, promotions, pay increases, etc.) within our HRIS (UKG UltiPro). Responsible for all reporting supporting HR, peer partners, and business. Responsible for participating in our compensation function. Also, support and service with special projects and various day to day administrative duties delivering a superior work product that delivers the best in class employee experience.

    Responsibilities

    • HRIS Subject Matter Expert, administers and ensures the highest level of data integrity and quality.

    • Maintain integrity of all data by inputting/updating data in UKG modules. Will perform data feeds and uploads of data.

    • Monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement.

    • Provide support and testing for HR System upgrades and enhancements.

    • Troubleshoot issues and present solutions to management.

    • Support routine yearly HR initiatives i.e. Performance & Compensation cycles.

    • Responsible for security design, configuration, provisioning/deprovisioning security roles for individuals, troubleshooting issues with security access for all users (HR, individual employees, managers) within UKG.

    • Responsible for producing and analyzing complex data, identify trends and correlations, and turn information into useful business intelligence for the HR operations and HR initiatives.

    • Develop and implement reporting and analytics tools in order to build and roll-out HR dashboards and insights frameworks.

    • Deliver data that easy for end users to understand, and package the data into a refined presentation for leadership audiences.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with UKG Pro.

    • Experience with HR systems implementation (design, testing, cutover).

    • Strong project management, organizational change management, and reporting skills.

    • Very detail oriented with extraordinary organizational and "get it done" skills.

    • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and teaming skills.

    • Quick learner, strong work ethic, and great attitude.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to development, document, and explain the strategy to diverse audiences, both technology and business, from executives to staff.

    • Advanced skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of the position.

    • 5+ years of Human Resources experience working in a variety of HR functions.

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent experience.

    Salary Range: $97,000- 125,000 USD; Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
