    The Senior Executive Assistant is an integral part of the Curia team, contributing to our success by handling administrative details for Curia's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and other C-Suite Executives as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the CEO and CFO, and other C-Suite Executives as needed

    • Manage the CEO and CFO's day-to-day calendar, including making appointments, prioritizing sensitive matters, and communicating on their behalf

    • Coordinate travel arrangements; research and make flight, hotel, and rental car reservations in accordance with Company policies and to obtain the most economical and efficient travel. Create travel itineraries and schedules in accordance with authorized travel requests

    • Assist with executive management meetings, customer visits, conferences, and Board of Directors meetings

    • Organize meetings as requested, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary

    • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf

    • Prepare presentations, financial, and other reports as appropriate

    • Organize, support and maintain large programs for the leadership team and their staff, including hiring consultants and trainers

    • Contribute to, and work as a part of, a high-functioning administrative team

    Professionally maintain confidential information such as employee data, salaries, legal and corporate matters, etc.

    • Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports

    • Perform minor accounting and bookkeeping duties

    • Maintain a highly professional demeanor and facilitate interactions with existing and potential customers

    • Conduct monthly credit card reconciliation for the CEO and CFO

    Qualifications

    • High school education or equivalent; Associates Degree or higher preferred

    • Minimum 10 years prior relevant work experience, preferably supporting C-Suite executives

    • Expert level ability with Microsoft Office products

    • Prior experience using Zoom and Concur, or similar platforms

    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multi-task
