  • Position Summary...

    What you'll do...

    • Work with business stakeholders and product manager to convert qualitative requirement to quantitative requirement and design end to end ML solution that is scalable and robust

    • Has experience in experimental design and understand general testing framework in E-commerce and marketing space

    • Based on business requirement, propose and technical solution and ML architecture

    • Identify Data Source that is optimal for the project needs

    • Design and implement data strategy for both short term and long term plan

    • Deploy and scale ML models for personalization and recommendation projects

    • Develop efficient and reusable code component

    • Develop and validate ML models that improve business objectives

    What you'll bring:

    • Acute business intuition in personalization and recommendation space

    • Strong and efficient data engineering capability leverage SQL and pyspark

    • Equipped with experimental design knowledge such as AB testing

    • Experience with both supervised and non-supervised learning modeling technique

    • Experience with ML Ops concept and implementation

    • Experience with model deployment and model monitoring framework

    • Strong communication skill with both engineering and business partner on topics such as DS achievement and challenges

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Master Degree in statistics/mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, or related field and 2~3 industrial working experience in data and modeling related position OR PhD Degree in Quantitative related field

    • Proficient coding skills; 4+ years of professional experience with SQL and Python

    • Deep knowledge on relational database capabilities

    • Experience with cloud computing services like GCP, AWS or Azure

    • Experience in integrating, structuring, and analyzing large amounts of data from diverse sources

    • Experience with supervised and unsupervised predictive modeling algorithms

    • Strong project management skills and attend-to-detail documentation skills

    • Strong written & verbal communication with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to a range of audiences and to 'tell a story' that provides insight into the business

    • You have a passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment.

    • A collaborative mindset and sense of curiosity
