  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage the complex nature of their role through gap analysis, real time work assessment, ongoing prioritization, and staging for further analysis and collaboration.

    • Perform root cause analysis and establishviable solutions and next steps.

    • Directly interface with Business Stakeholders to drive awareness and connectivity to real world operations and maintain relevance across all Business Segments at WWT.

    • Proactively engage the Sales field to evangelize lessons learned, best practices, and standard operating procedures in the reporting and analytics space.

    • Drive the execution of end user enablement of reporting and analytics functions via the use of user guides, process improvements, and supporting training content. This may include in person or remote live trainings, video content for on-demand learning, and supplemental job aides aligned to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    • Consult and collaborate with Process & Product Owners and any additional departments to develop and mature key features while considering data & process impacts.

    • Triage incoming requests from the field, identify key outcomes, research and identify gaps and challenges, and collaboratively qualify near term spot fixes against long term strategic solutions

    Qualification

    • Must be able to analyze complex data and process challenges and distill efforts down to meaningful and iterative improvements.

    • Organization, patience, and composure will be essential in the navigation and prioritization of complex solutions against aggressive deadlines

    • Requires exceptional skills in analytics, root cause analysis, and collaboration with a heavy emphasis on listening to understand

    • Creativity and persistence will be key in driving new behavior & models across the organization
