    Senior Cyber Test Engineer

    CODEX is seeking a cyber test engineer capable of leading a small team of test engineers focused on end-to-end test of third party mobile CNO/CNE capabilities. This is a high-visibility team where you will make a direct positive impact on the customer's needs and mission. As the Test Lead, you will be accountable for verifying the consistency and quality of products delivered to and developed by the customer. You will be actively engaged with customer stakeholders to derive test requirements and react to mission needs. You will develop a deep understanding of the tools, systems, and frameworks used by the customer, and how to effectively integrate them with various technologies to build a real-world test environment and create a test plan. You will utilize your technical skills and your team to build and maintain custom test frameworks and generate thorough test documentation. Competitive candidates have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and are mission focused.

    Required Qualifications

    8 years test engineering or system engineering experience

    2 years of experience developing in Python or similar scripting language

    3 years of experience working on Linux/Unix systems

    Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, architecture, and core technologies (such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, Routing, VPN)

    Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills

    Ability to interface with customers, end-users, technical leads, and program management

    Experience building test automation frameworks

    Experience designing, writing, reviewing, and executing test plans, procedures, reports, and other technical documentation

    Desired Qualifications

    Prior team lead experience

    Experience in Systems Engineering or requirements analysis and management

    Familiarity with Agile mindset and methodologies

    Ability to think abstractly and drive toward defined requirements and testing strategies

    Experience using virtualization technologies such as Docker

    Education Requirements

    Requires a degree in a technical discipline

    Security Clearance

    Current TS/SCI clearance is required

    The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
