Senior Cost Analyst

Sue Sumrell is recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join this publicly traded high tech manufacturer as a Senior Cost Analyst. This is an opportunity to take your knowledge of cost accounting into a true business focused finance role!

The Senior Cost Analyst will be responsible for

-Analysis of PPV

-Cost reporting and analysis

-Variance analysis

-Inventory analysis and valuation

This is an excellent opportunity to business partner and add significant value. This role needs to understand, diagnose and trouble shoot for this plant and will be the face of finance.

Requirements

Requires a degree in accounting or finance and 4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal role for someone leaving public accounting with experience with manufacturing clients and desiring a finance focused role.

Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel

Solid understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting and variance analysis
