    American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) offers powerful backing and support that helps companies of all sizes gain financial savings, control, and efficiency. We provide a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing. The Global Commercial Services Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end global marketing strategy for our prospect & customer segments around the world. Within GCS Marketing, the Lead Sharing Partnerships team works with trusted external partners to deliver qualified leads to our GCS Sales and Account Development teams, with a focus around driving larger deals across upper-Mid Market and Large Market segments. This program drives $15B in charge volume across the GCS customer base and we are in a pivotal moment to turn this program into a growth engine.

    The Field Sales Marketing team is responsible for supporting channel marketing strategy for US SME's face to face sales organization. This team's priorities are to optimize sales channel outputs through best-in-class marketing tactics, including lead generation, lead warming, and meeting compliant selling needs for this complex selling environment.

    The Sr Analyst, SME Field Sales Marketing & Enablement will support the Senior Manager in developing and executing strategies designed to "open doors" with leads, "close" deals, and "ramp" customer engagement with our Field Sales team. This role involves complex campaign execution, performance reporting & forecasting, and having a deep understanding of how sales enablement tools, including collateral, can drive efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution (from submission to final approval) by partnering with internal stakeholders, including, legal and compliance flawless accuracy and on time.

    • Partner with our team's Marketing Operations Analysts to maintain approval on all existing assets and offers.

    • Proactively craft data-driven recommendations to optimize existing processes, marketing assets or test into new areas.

    • Support the channel manager's strategy and launch engaging, effective and "deal driving" collateral.

    • Build relationships with partners in the Field and identify meaningful opportunities for improving our marketing strategy.

    • Manage the teams' Salesforce, Outreach and AI roadmap. Articulate the rationale for our request and work with tech on prioritization and UAT

    • Maintain the channel forecast annually and monthly.

    • Update team results weekly and monthly for leadership. Analyze results and deliver actionable insights

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 2 years of relevant work experience

    • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and can create illustrative decks

    • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics and tailor communication for internal audience and customers

    • Superior attention to detail and hyper organized

    • Experience navigating situations/roadblocks from different angles and articulate a clear perspective on solutions

    • Comfort with white space and identifying the data, competitive, and financial insights needed to forge a path forward.

    • Passion and interest in creating a high-touch customer experience through improving processes and inventive collateral.

    • Bachelor's Degree

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Salesforce reporting or Outreach sales enablement tools

    • Performance marketing, sales enablement and/ or lead generation experience

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually sales incentive benefits
