  • Job Description

    As a Scanning Technician, you will be responsible for operating scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently to meet scanning deadlines.

    1. Operate scanning equipment to convert documents, photos, and other materials into digital formats.

    2. Ensure the quality and accuracy of scanned images, adjusting settings as needed to optimize image clarity.

    3. Organize and maintain scanned files and folders according to established protocols.

    4. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

    5. Collaborate with team members to prioritize scanning tasks and meet project deadlines.

    6. Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

    7. Provide support for other scanning-related tasks and projects as needed.

    Skills and Requirements

    1. High school diploma or equivalent.

    2. Previous experience operating scanning equipment preferred, but not required.

    3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working with repetitive tasks.

    4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning software and tools.

    5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
