Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-10 years packing industry experience

-Familiar with packaging equipment, parts, consumables

-Desire to succeed and grow into top management

-Above average communicator with the ability to motivate

-Makes friends easily

-Possesses strong character and good work ethic.

-Strong Mechanical acumen

-Ability to read and comprehend CAD drawings are a plus
