Look for an experienced Medical biller that has worked with an OB/GYN clinic. This is a permanent position and the company prefers that the cadidate have a CBCS certificate. Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of medical billing for our OB/GYN practice,

including claim creation, submission, and follow-up.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all charges, payments,

and adjustments within Kareo/Tebra and eClinicalWorks systems.

Analyze and review claims to ensure that information is complete

and accurate, adjusting claims as needed to maximize

reimbursement.

Coordinate with healthcare providers, other billing staff, and

insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies or errors.

Review for accuracy, coding for various medical procedures and

diagnoses using ICD-10, CPT, and other relevant coding systems,

with a specific focus on OB/GYN.

Stay abreast of changes in billing codes, rules, and regulations

applicable to OB/GYN practices.

Provide reports on billing activities, identify trends in

payment delays or rejections, and suggest strategies for

minimizing these issues.

Manage patient billing inquiries and disputes, ensuring clear

communication and resolution.

Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA

regulations and company policies.
