    Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Foodservice & Convenience East

    As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and market share growth for our branded coffee solution, brewing systems, and accessories within the Convenience and Foodservice channel. You will drive sales, foster strategic relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. Your ability to think strategically and execute effectively will be critical to achieving our objectives.

    Your primary focus will be on the Central and East (primarily New England) United States.

    Here are the key responsibilities:

    • Sales and Account Management:

    • Sell our coffee program to convenience stores and restaurant channels.

    • Target and sell directly to the KAD network and regional accounts.

    • Provide execution support for National accounts.

    • Grow and expand our branded market share.

    • Strategic Impact:

    • Report into the Sales VP and collaborate closely with the HCF (Hospitality, Convenience, Foodservice) an AFH (Awat From Home) Teams.

    • Represent the company to retailers and retailer groups within your area of responsibility.

    • Own a broad range of products, impacting the company's success and growth.

    • Strategic Thinking:

    • Utilize strategic thinking to create execution plans, customer programs.

    • Identify and execute business opportunities related to distribution, availability, promotion, merchandising, and pricing.

    • Balance growth objectives with maintaining a sustainable and profitable business.

    • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Communicate account-specific coffee programs effectively.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to stay informed about customer insights and competitive trends. Work cross functionally and internally.

    • Manage existing contractual agreements and develop business-building presentations for retailers and KADs.

    Experience Needed:

    • Sales Skills:

    • As an RSM, you'll be responsible for selling coffee solutions, brewing systems, and accessories. Strong sales skills are crucial for successfully closing deals with convenience stores, restaurants, and other accounts.

    • Industry Knowledge:

    • A solid understanding of the Convenience and Foodservice industry is essential. Familiarity with market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape will enable you to make informed decisions.

    • Relationship Building:

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, brokers, and KADs is critical.

    • Analytical Abilities:

    • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision are key. You'll create execution plans, analyze customer programs, and analyze market data to drive growth.

    • Communication Skills:

    • Clear and effective communication is essential for presenting business opportunities, sharing coffee programs, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

    • Results-Oriented Mindset:

    • The ability to set and achieve sales targets, track performance metrics, and drive results.

    • Adaptability and Resilience:

    • The foodservice / convenience industry can be dynamic and challenging. Being adaptable, resilient, and open to change will help you navigate effectively.

    • Organizational Skills:

    • Managing multiple accounts, executing plans, and meeting deadlines require strong organizational abilities.

    • Team Collaboration:

    • You'll work closely with the Hospitality/Convenience/Foodservice and Away From Home Team. Being a team player and collaborating effectively will contribute to overall success.

    • Business Acumen:

    • Understanding the landscape to win and what the customers need while maintaining a sustainable business model is essential for balancing growth and profitability.

    Total Rewards

    • Salary Range: $91,300-$115,500

    • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

    • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

    • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred

    • 4 years of experience in CPG Sales

    • Experience in Supplier, Small Appliance, Distributor or Commercial Retail Account Management

    • MS Office 365 to include Teams, PPT, Excel, Word, One Drive and One Note

    • Ability to use data & insights to build a story and fact-based sell to expand and secure business

    • Ability to travel up to 30-40% in market and out of market select times throughout the year for trade shows, customer meetings, and events
