    A Client/Employer in Stanton, TN is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineers. These engineers must be flexible to significant travel during initial plant start-up phase, and ability to support any shift in a 7-day work week. Daily responsibilities will include:

    Coaching Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work

    Monitor Andon occurrences

    Verify that the line is running safely, smoothly and producing quality parts

    Coach problem resolution to team members and support Continuous Improvement

    Optimize the amount of material passing through the line in accordance with budgets and cost objectives

    Skills and Requirements

    Bachelors Degree in Chemical, Material, Electrical, Electronic or Industrial

    2+ years of leadership/supervisor experience in a manufacturing industry

    Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles

    Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement Processes

    Strong knowledge of Andon System

    Knowledge of constraint management principles

    Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel) Bodyshop, stamping, paint, or subassembly experience

    Experience working on a start-up plant null
