  • Overview

    The Quality Assurance Manager position is responsible for the overall management and implementation of internal quality and serve as the central point of contact for quality matters.

    Location: St. Louis, MO

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the activity of the quality assurance deliverables.

    • Develop, implement and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing.

    • Provides development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and theimplementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of thecontract.

    • Provides an independent assessment of how the project's softwaredevelopment process is being implemented relative to the defined process andrecommends methods to optimize the organization's process.

    • May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance andcompliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

    • Conducts Quality Assurance audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.

    • Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications.

    Qualifications

    • The Quality Control Manager shall have a minimum of five (5) years' experience as a QCM to include a minimum of two (2) years QCM experience in facility operations, maintenance and repair.

    • Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to monitor the production of a product or service in order to maintain a desired level of quality.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of quality management system standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 standard published by the ISO.

    • Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to ensure that materials, components, or products meet expected standards or compliance requirements.

    • The QCM shall be responsible for the overall management and implementation of internal quality and serve as the central point of contact for quality matters.

    • Must have a current TS/SCI clearance.
