QA Testing Lead

Job Description

An employer is looking for a QA Testing Lead in the South Florida area. You will primarily be tasked with overseeing testing efforts and related activities tied to the clients rental products/ applications. You will partner closely with the development and testing teams to coordinate testing efforts, remove bottlenecks, refine test strategy and process improvement. You will provide reports and status updates to leadership and provide feedback on tester performance/ output for the offshore testing team. You will refine quality metrics/ systems as well as associated test plans/ scripts. Additional tasks will include optimizing automation efforts, planning/ refinement sessions and enabling the team with necessary tooling and resources.

Skills and Requirements

7-10 years experience in QA engineering

2+ years experience in lead QA role, test strategy and coordination

Azure DevOps and SQL experience

Well versed with manual and automation testing best practices

Experience with Postman or Swagger for API testing

Strong QA experience with Microsoft applications/ products

Experience with automation tools like Tosca or Selenium

Well versed with functional, regression, performance testing

Strong Agile/ Scrum knowledge AS400 experience

Appian experience null
