  • Our client, is seeking a Project Manager Specialist to join their team. As a Project Manager Specialist, you will be part of the department and supporting the team

    Job Title: Project Manager Specialist

    Location: St Louis MO

    What's the Job?

    • Develops, owns, and communicates holistic project timelines to internal & external teams on a regular basis. This includes:

    • Creation & management of all project timelines

    • Organize & setup of kickoffs, collaborations & presentations

    • Lead both internal & brand status meetings

    • Lead daily standup meetings (Kanban)

    • Manage and recommend process optimizations using agile principles

    • Share and celebrate projects, leading retrospective sessions & suggesting ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplines

    • Act as cross-functional hub for all project executions, partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success

    • Proficient in managing high volume, quick turn projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders

    • Understand multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential and content (this is a big one)

    • Manages production phase of most projects, once key creative and copy has been approved

    • Ability to consider the full scope of projects, beyond simply managing timelines but considering how the pieces work together.

    • Ability to think strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made, so as to participate and add to a conversation regarding the consumer journey/experience

    • Takes ownership of project efficiency; Understands project processes and how to flex it.

    • Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential & content. Including format, sizes, and overall ensuring the proper asset.

    • Knowledge of and proficiency with Content Hub and/or VR Financial:

    • Open jobs utilizing agency software tools

    • Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs

    • Issue POs to external vendors Agency/Client Service:

    • Demonstrates working knowledge of internal & external partner processes

    • Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partners

    • Gather and vet specs to ensure project accuracy

    What's Needed?

    • Bachelors degree preferred

    • 3+ years of experience in an agency project management role

    • Demonstrated ability of past contributions to client businesses in agency service environment
