  • Job Description

    A large telecommunications client of Insight Global is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This individual will manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. They will be accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Additionally they will be handling the development of project plans, driving project milestones, and provide day-to-day direction to project resources. They will be responsible for establishing an effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project and be responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.

    Skills and Requirements

    1-2 years of IT PM experience, must be in the DevOps (ideally more operations focused) or SDLC space.

    Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and an ITSM ticketing system

    Scrum Master experience-leading scrum sessions and planning sessions

    Strong communication, collaboration, organization, facilitation, escalation skills

    Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills

    Knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word Reporting and data analysis background

    Previous Charter experience

    Experience with PowerPoint to create presentations from ideas/notes

    Familiar with Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) null
