    CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Planner who wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their tradecraft and experience in a fast-paced environment in support of the Space Force/Space Operations Command. We are seeking a motivated individual to join an innovative and dynamic team that is developing mission critical solutions for the warfighter.

    What You'll Get to Do:

    Primary responsibility is to collaborate with program management, project managers, the engineering team, and other departments to support the team in execution of the tasks on contract. The Program Planner will assist with the organization, tracking, and coordination of a variety of aspects of the program. The Program Planner will also perform administrative level support and tasks as determined by the program manager and technical leads.

    More About the Role:

    • Coordinate incoming new hires

    • Support remote and on-site customer meetings

    • Setup teleconferences with vendors, CACI staff, and customers

    • Coordinate contractor ID card renewals and new contractor ID cards for the team

    • Maintain the team calendar and e-mail distribution lists

    • Update Confluence with status updates for customer meetings and manage document repositories

    • Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and capture and track actions from teleconferences and meetings

    • Facilitate the planning and execution of employee parties and other appreciation events

    • Assist with domestic and international travel planning and logistics

    • Coordinate export and import paperwork for international trips

    • Assist the property manager and Shipping and Receiving Department with logistics for shipments

    • Support the program with other tasks as directed

    • Responsible for special projects and other duties as assigned

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Must Have US Citizenship

    • CurrentNational Security Clearance at the TS level and ability to obtain SCI level clearance

    • BS/BA degree with 5+ years of applicable experience

    • Excellent written and verbal skills

    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

    • Proven success in communication and planning

    • Strong attention to detail

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

    • Active TS/SCI clearance

    $71,500 - $150,200
