Program Director - Provider Data Management

Job Summary

At Molina, we move quickly with a no politics - no hierarchy model to deliver the fasted growth among all payers. This position is responsible for the execution of large provider data transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering products through the design process to completion. The position will help drive leapfrog network quality, efficiency, and innovation. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the project from inception through delivery. Engage and oversee the work of external vendors and internal teams Assigns, directs, and monitors system analysis and program staff. These positions' primary focus is project/program management focused on provider data quality and analytics, advance automation, flexible network design, applied AI and MDM. Senior Program Management professional and or experience operations with program management experience. Responsible for overall governance across all operational and strategic portfolio of projects; strong management and leadership skills; should be well experienced and comfortable presenting to C level executives; ability to drive structure and organization; extensive working knowledge of portfolio and project management tools and methodologies; ability to quickly assimilate information and make informed decisions; logical, analytical thinker with great influencing, written and verbal communication abilities; ability to handle multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity; provide oversight over the strategic and operational portfolios; manage strategic relationship s with Corporate EPMO, IT, Network, Finance and Core Operations teams. Manage the issue escalation/resolution process.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Experience with BPE, AI, data management, agile delivery models, provider data, automation are all desired but not required.

• Ability to quickly incorporate (through external point solutions and internally developed capabilities) the latest AI, MDM, and multi-modal automation technology.

• Manages programs using staff and matrixed resources with oversight from AVP and VP as needed

• Serves as industry Subject Matter Expert in the functional area and leads programs to meet critical needs

• Escalates gaps and barriers in implementation and compliance to AVP, VP and senior management

• Consultative role, develops business case methodologies for programs, develops and coordinates implementation of business strategy.

• Collaborates and facilitates activities with other units at corporate and Molina Plans.

Pay Range: $72,370.82 - $156,803.45 / ANNUAL
