Responsibilities

? Develops and directs strategies conductive to a healthy morale through: Training and

development of personnel, motivation of all workers, promoting teamwork.

? Lead the production team to meet production goals and targets while maintaining high quality

standards and safety protocols.

? Assist with the development and implementation of production plans, schedules, and

procedures to optimize production efficiency.

? Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including food safety

regulations.

? Monitor and coordinate inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and

packaging materials.

? Maintain production equipment and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment

is operating efficiently and safely.

? Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement

corrective actions.

? Coach and develop production staff to improve performance and develop talent within the

team.

? Ensures permanent solutions are implemented for re-occurring problems.

? Participates with Safety, Sanitation, Quality and new products development & actively

participates in the HACCP Team, responsible for but not limited training, implementation, and

corrective actions.

? Ensures all food safety principles, legal requirements, and operational processes have been

applied effectively to include education, knowledge, awareness, and application.

The essential functions of this role include
