  • Description

    You will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of various manufacturing processes and equipment. This hands-on role is key in supporting production in building a high-quality product. This is a 2nd shift position (3:00pm to 11:30pm). Carry out preventative maintenance on programs and troubleshoot SMT equipment. Equipment can include Solder Paste Printer, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), X-ray, Selective Solder, Aqueous Wash, BGA Rework Station and Automated & Manual Conformal Coating Provide technical support on the production floor as required for critical process and product issues Support in-process quality control systems to ensure product quality Support continuous improvement projects with production personnel Support ongoing product and process improvements to meet quality, continuous improvement, and production goals

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or another related field from an accredited institution A minimum of 3 years of experience in an electromechanical assembly environment Knowledge of SMT and production equipment and processes (i.e. Solder Paste Printer, Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) Pick & Place, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Selective Solder, BGA Rework Station, Automated and Manual Conformal Coat) Experience analyzing and initiating preventative actions of day-to-day circuit card assembly production issues
