Probate Litigation Attorney

Junior attorneys have an incredible opportunity to join a well-established, premier probate litigation firm.

Robert Half is proud to partner with a firm that offers white glove, top level service to an exclusive group of long-term clients. The firm has been established for nearly twenty years and the principal has over 30 years of experience in probate litigation and estate planning.

The firm is looking for an attorney to join its team. This attorney will focus on petitions in probate and trust issues. Practice area experience is not required, the firm will offer templates, training, and guidance for the writing expected.

Attorney Duties

• Heavy writing - lots of petitions for probate/trust issues.

• Some discovery.

• This person probably won't take depos - may go to depos to listen/take notes.

• Opportunity to grow into roles with court appearances down the line.

• NO Billable Hour Req

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks to Firm:

• Salary range

• Up to 150k.

• Bonuses

• Discretionary year-end.

• Medical, dental, and vision are covered 100% for the employee.

• PTO: 2 weeks starting but not tracked closely. The principal is flexible and believes in giving time off to people. The firm is often closed the week before New Years.

• 401k (no match)

Requirements

• Must be licensed in CA with a JD.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Commutable to downtown Los Angeles as this is a fully onsite role.

• Somebody who loves to write!
