Post Closing Administrative Assistant

Job Description

System One is assisting a local mortgage company that is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative candidate to assist in the post-closing area for their Tulsa office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in lending and/or at a title company, and must be comfortable working at a faster pace.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry and checking for data integrity in post closing documents

• Multi-tasking between different roles as needed

• Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the post closing team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lending and/or at a title company preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM In office
