    The Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation using ServiceNow. Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams, they help to establish an operating model for technology, attentive to NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.

    The opportunity

    The GPS practice is seeking strong government consulting professionals to support clients looking to modernize and transform IT operations within their organizations. Our multi-faceted approach to solving our clients' biggest problems incorporates a suite of technology tools and accelerators, frameworks, and team members with broad backgrounds and experience to bring results to our client.

    As a Deloitte professional, you will drive the improvement of digitally enabled organizations by conducting any of the following:

    Develop and maintain a project schedule with dependencies and technology milestones (Development Completion, Acquisition Decision Events, Solution Analysis Reviews, and Program Planning Reviews) using Microsoft Project; Define and manage risk identification/mitigation plan; Assist the project team with Scope Management, Risk Management, and Cost Management aspects of the project; Perform critical path analyses; Perform schedule health assessments, schedule maturity assessments and schedule risk assessments; Understand earned-value management (EVM); Develop content in PowerPoint related to project schedules and technology milestones to easily visualize information. Requires specific experience developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree required

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    • Active Top Secret security clearance required

    • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    • Onsite travel to client site

    • 3+ years' experience

    Skills:

    • Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)

    • Microsoft Project

    • Integrated Master Schedules
