Amergis Healthcare Services is actively looking for a Physical Therapist who would be interested in a 13 week, Full-Time Contract at a facility in Frankfort, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Frankfort, IL

Pay Rate : $67 per hour - $70 per hour

$300 Start Bonus!

Travel : (Must be located 50+ miles from work site to be eligible)

Total Travel Package: $3039.00 / week

Taxable Wages: $1800.00/ week

Weekly Housing Allowance: $791.00 / week

Weekly Meals and Incidentals Allowance: $448.00 / week

Estimated Weekly Take Home after Taxes: $2589.00 / week

Schedule:

• AM Shift, Monday - Friday

• 5 , 8 hour shifts, 40 Hours/ week

-No weekends!

Duration:

• 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active Illinois License

• Outpatient Experience

• Active CPR/BLS
