Pharmacist

Adecco Medical & Science is hiring a Pharmacist in Columbia, Maryland. This role is in person/onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Five-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10am to 6:30pm

Pay: $71.00 to $73.00 an hour

Responsibilities of the Pharmacist:

• Clinical management of patient care monitoring

• Performing ongoing clinical assessments to meet accreditation requirements

• Standard prescription processing for IV Medications

• Calculating dosing for therapeutic narrow margined therapies

• Medication Reconciliation

Qualifications of the Pharmacist:

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Maryland

• 2+ years of experience in the clinical management of patient therapy

• Experience in clinical management of patient care - hospital, long term care and home infusion preferred, experience with IV Dispensing Data program
