Payroll Supervisor

Description

Management Resources is seeking a Payroll Supervisor for a contract opportunity in in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry in Allen. This will be 100% remote after onsite training is completed. As the Payroll Supervisor, the candidate will work in all aspects of payroll operations, including vendor management, systems, and processes & integration. You will also be asked to allot time for creating timely, accurate, and compliant payrolls, making improvements to currently existing processes, and creating exceptional customer experiences. This role reports to the payroll manager.

Other Responsibilities

• Managing and processing payroll for 16 entities

• Multi-state payroll for 2400 employees

• 24/7 payroll - shift differentials, overtime calculations

• Reviewing and addressing payroll / time keeping issues

• Managing the field to get timesheets reviewed / approved / submitted

Requirements

5+ years of experience in full cycle payroll

Capable of working with a range of payroll-related cloud-based technology solutions

Able to work with a vast variety of payroll applications

Solid understanding of Multi-state Payroll

Payroll for over 1000 employees experience

Certified Payroll Profession (CPP) certification preferential
