    What You'll Get to Do:

    As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF OSINT Analyst you

    you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF's priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

    You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

    More About the Role:

    As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF OSINT Analyst, you will embed at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

    These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

    Other duties will include but are not limited to

    • Gather publicly available information and generates open-source intelligence reports that address priority intelligence requirements, focusing on political, military, economic, social, criminal, or counterterrorism issues.

    • Analyze the publicly available information collected by the OSINT cell from various sources and types of news media, taking into consideration the unique biases associated with each source.

    • Collect data for reports based on the general and specific collection plans established by the RC-E Collection Manager components. They will also create and maintain products such as the Media Source Guide, respond to Requests for Information (RFI), edit translated material, and publish OSINT reports.

    • Compile, create, format, and edit daily and weekly news analysis compilations derived from diverse source materials and media formats. These compilations may be utilized for publications like The Daily Falcon.

    • Identify trends to support other sections in conducting assessments, Points of Interest (POI) analysis, and other related functions. Their knowledge of the Balkans' history, local customs, and current events will be applied in the processes of POI identification, assessment, and trend analysis.

    • Monitor local and regional print media sources, internet news sites, social media platforms, radio and television broadcasts, as well as satellite transmissions, providing assessments on the intelligence impacts of the information collected.

    • Conduct internet searches on geographically and topically relevant subjects for inclusion in OSINT reports and products.

    • Produce specialized analytical products to meet specific requirements or address unique aspects of the intelligence mission.

    • Monitor and provide expertise on the Balkans within the RC-E AOR/AOI.

    • Complete and maintain the OSINT Training necessary to comply with U.S. law and Director of National Intelligence, DoD, and Army policies, guidelines, and restrictions, particularly those related to the rules and procedures for intelligence oversight.

    • Direct available RC-E linguists to translate various relevant sources and types of news or social media (internet, radio, newspaper, etc.). The information should cover news related to the Balkans' political, military, economic, social, or security aspects.

    • Monitor and identify all key and pertinent publicly available information sources in response to priority intelligence requirements regarding political, military, economic, social, criminal, or counterterrorism issues, or specific information requirements. Direct RC-E linguists to electronically translate documents to English.

    • Archive a copy of all the products developed on the RC-E NIPR database each day.

    • Attend all scheduled ACE meetings to provide additional insight or clarification regarding the daily products.

    • Attend all scheduled internal RC-E meetings to provide additional insight or clarification regarding the daily products.

    • Participate in the weekly Intelligence Sync Meeting.

    • Participate in the weekly ACE Sync meetings.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • BA/BS + 7 Yrs relevant experience in the OSINT discipline

    • Possess an evaluated Points of Interest (POI) language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, listening, and translation, meeting the Inter- Agency Language Round Table (ILRT) levels 3-5 for Serbian or Albanian, as well as an English language proficiency meeting ILRT levels 3-5.

    • Demonstrate basic managerial skills, including the ability to counsel, provide guidance, and exercise sensitivity to other cultures.

    • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills

    • Current and active TS/SCI clearance.

    • Certified in Open-Source Intelligence (C|OSINT) from MI School house, or MOIS - Certified OSINT Expert, or GIAC Open-Source Intelligence (GOSI), or IC/industry equivalent

    • Possesses an evaluated Points of Interest (POI) language proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, listening, and translation, meeting the Inter Agency Language Round Table (ILRT) levels 3-5 for Serbian or Albanian, as well as an English language proficiency meeting ILRT levels 3-5.

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

    • Expertise in one or several of the following languages: Russian, Polish, Arabic, French and Bosnian/Serbo-Croatian or Albanian languages.

    • Recent thorough experience performing OSINT / PAI Analysis in the EUCOM and/or AFRICOM theaters.
