    Bi-weekly Hours: 80.00

    Shift: 7:30am- 4pm Monday-Friday; Off hours as needed to support unit

Our new facility is located in Cleveland Heights and is intentionally designed to meet the needs of patients.

    Primary Patient Population:

    • 18+ years old

    Primary skills utilized/learned:

    • Assessment Skills

    • Therapeutic Listening

    • Verbal De-escalation

    • Crisis Management

    • Relationship Building

    • Milieu Management

    • Group Programming Facilitation

    Personnel Manager will work oversee/work with :

    • LPNs, Nurse Interns, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Providers, Social Workers

    Number of beds on unit:

    • 10 beds

    Required Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN).

    • Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.

    • At least 5 years of experience as a registered nurse.

    • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.

    • Nursing certification in specialty area or in nursing management/leadership (e.g., CNML, NE-BC).

    • Current AHA certification(s) relevant to clinical practice area (as outlined in the RN Clinical Nurse job description).

    • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in nursing or other health-related field
